Qeet Notify
One API for transactional notifications across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, and in-app — multi-tenant and India-first by design.
Coming soon — in design
Qeet Notify is in active planning. These docs describe what we're building from the product requirements; there's no code or public API yet, and everything below may change before the first release.
What is Qeet Notify?
Qeet Notify is the multi-channel notification platform for the Qeet suite. One unified API orchestrates messages across email, SMS, WhatsApp, mobile & web push, and in-app — with multi-tenancy, India-first compliance, and Qeet ID subscriber identity treated as architecture decisions, not afterthoughts.
It's built for engineering teams at multi-tenant SaaS companies who today stitch together separate vendors for each channel — and rebuild preference centers, suppression logic, and compliance plumbing for every product they launch.
What it will do
Multi-channel, one API
Fire a single event and reach the right person on the right channel — email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app, or outbound webhooks.
Workflow orchestration
Trigger → channel → delay → condition branching, with channel fallback and digests as the engine matures.
Multi-tenant by default
tenant_id is a first-class concept — per-tenant API keys, isolation, and configuration baked in.
Preference center
A hosted, embeddable per-user, per-category, per-channel opt-out system you don't have to rebuild.
India-first compliance
Managed TRAI DLT registration, DND scrubbing, and DPDP-aligned consent records.
Identity & audit aware
Subscriber identity from Qeet ID; immutable notification audit trails through Qeet Logs.
Where it fits in the platform
Every Qeet product needs notifications — Qeet ID sends OTPs, magic links, and security alerts; Qeet People sends payroll and approval messages; Qeet Logs sends alert notifications. Rather than each product integrating email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push vendors independently, Qeet Notify is the shared layer they all send through.
Want early access?
Notify is being designed alongside the rest of the platform. Until it ships, Qeet ID already sends the identity-related messages — sign-in, MFA, and webhooks — that Notify will eventually carry.
