Roadmap
The phased plan for Qeet Notify — what ships first, and what comes after. Subject to change.
Planning artifact
This roadmap reflects current planning and is not a commitment. Dates, scope, and ordering will move as the product takes shape.
Phase 1 — Foundation
Targeting H2 2026. The goal is full internal Qeet Group adoption plus the first external design partners in production.
- Channels: Email (SES + Resend, with bounce/complaint handling), India SMS (DLT-managed onboarding), WhatsApp (Meta Cloud API), in-app (SSE feed + React SDK), and signed outbound webhooks.
- Workflow engine: trigger → channel step → delay step → condition branch.
- Multi-tenancy: row-level isolation, per-tenant API keys, and Qeet ID dashboard auth.
- Templates: versioned templates with variable interpolation and a starting set of locales
(
en,hi,ta). - Preference center: hosted + embeddable, with a category × channel opt-out model.
- Compliance: managed TRAI DLT registration, DPDP erasure, and India data residency.
- Developer experience: REST API v1, Go + TypeScript SDKs, an OpenAPI spec, and a
qnCLI.
Phase 2 — Breadth & India-native
Targeting H1 2027. Push and RCS, a visual workflow editor, and deeper compliance.
- More channels: mobile push (FCM + APNs), web push, RCS for India, and international SMS.
- Workflow engine: digests, channel fallback, timezone-aware delays, and a drag-and-drop editor alongside git-deployable YAML definitions.
- Templates: a WYSIWYG email editor, full Indian-language i18n, and A/B testing.
- Analytics: workflow funnels, provider health, cost breakdowns, and OpenTelemetry export.
- Developer experience: Python + Ruby SDKs, an MCP server, and multi-environment support.
Beyond
Later phases focus on enterprise scale, advanced send-time optimization, and broadening the analytics and orchestration surface as adoption grows.
