Qeet Pay
Unified payments, billing, payouts, and GST-compliant invoicing in one API — built India-first for multi-tenant SaaS.
Coming soon — in design
Qeet Pay is in active planning. These docs describe the product from its requirements; there is no code or public API yet, and scope may change before the first release.
What is Qeet Pay?
Qeet Pay is the payments, billing, and financial infrastructure product in the Qeet suite. It brings everything a modern business needs to move money — collect payments, run subscriptions, generate GST-compliant invoices, disburse payouts, and settle marketplaces — into one API, one dashboard, and one integration.
It's built India-first: UPI, NACH, cards, net banking, and wallets alongside GST e-invoicing and compliance — with multi-tenancy and the Qeet ecosystem treated as first-class concerns from day one.
What it will do
Payment acceptance
UPI (all variants), cards with RBI tokenization, net banking, and wallets — via hosted checkout, payment links, or SDK.
Payouts & disbursements
UPI / IMPS / NEFT payouts, single or bulk, with maker-checker approvals and refunds.
Subscription billing
Lifecycle, proration, and flat / per-unit / tiered / usage pricing, collected via NACH and UPI AutoPay.
GST-compliant invoicing
CGST/SGST/IGST auto-calculation, HSN/SAC lookup, e-invoicing with IRN, and credit/debit notes.
Marketplace & splits
Split payments with automatic GST attribution per seller GSTIN and TCS handling.
Intelligence
AI-powered dunning to recover failed UPI AutoPay, plus payment orchestration and cash-flow forecasting.
Where it fits in the platform
Every Qeet product needs to bill and disburse — Qeet People pays salaries and collects HR-SaaS fees, Qeet Logs bills usage-based ingest, and Qeet ID bills per active user. Rather than each integrating a separate payment gateway, billing tool, and GST filer, Qeet Pay is the shared financial layer they all run on, with Qeet ID for subscriber identity and Qeet Logs for the financial audit trail.
Want early access?
Pay is being designed alongside the rest of the platform. Until it ships, Qeet ID is live today and provides the identity and tenant model the billing layer will build on.
