The phased plan for Qeet Pay — what ships first, and what comes after. Subject to change.
Planning artifact
This roadmap reflects current planning and is not a commitment. Dates, scope, and ordering will move as the product takes shape — and payments features depend on the relevant regulatory approvals.
Phase 1 — Foundation
Targeting H2 2026. The goal is the first external merchants live, with every Qeet Group product billing and disbursing through Qeet Pay.
- Acceptance: UPI (collect, intent, QR), cards (3DS 2.0 + RBI tokenization), net banking, wallets, payment links, hosted checkout, and a JS + React SDK.
- Payouts: UPI / IMPS / NEFT, single and bulk, with maker-checker approval and refunds.
- Billing: subscription lifecycle and proration, flat / per-unit / tiered pricing, NACH & UPI AutoPay mandates, and rule-based dunning.
- GST invoicing: CGST/SGST/IGST auto-calculation, HSN/SAC lookup, credit & debit notes, multi-currency invoices, and a GSTR-1 data export.
- Developer experience: REST API v1, Go + TypeScript + Python + Java SDKs, an OpenAPI spec,
a sandbox with test rails, and a
qpCLI. - Compliance: KYB onboarding, India data residency, and rule-based fraud scoring.
Phase 2 — Depth & intelligence
Targeting H1 2027. E-invoicing, GST auto-filing, and AI throughout.
- Acceptance: UPI 2.0 and AutoPay mandate management, e-NACH, virtual accounts, Bharat QR, and mobile SDKs (Flutter, React Native, Android, iOS).
- AI features: AI dunning to recover failed AutoPay, ML payment orchestration, an ML fraud model, cash-flow forecasting, and HSN/SAC classification.
- GST & compliance: IRN e-invoicing via the IRP, GSTR-1 auto-filing, TDS/TCS tracking, and multi-GSTIN management.
- Billing: usage-based and hybrid pricing, an MRR waterfall, and revenue recognition (IndAS 115 / IFRS 15).
- WhatsApp & marketplace: WhatsApp invoice delivery (combined e-invoice + UPI QR) and marketplace split payments with per-seller GST attribution.
Phase 3 — Enterprise & global
Targeting H2 2027. Embedded finance, cross-border payments, and enterprise treasury features as licensing and scale allow.
