Concepts

The planned model behind Qeet Pay — acceptance, payouts, subscriptions, GST invoicing, marketplace splits, and India compliance.

In design

Qeet Pay is documented from its product requirements — there's no code or public API yet. These are the concepts the product is being built around and may change before release.

Qeet Pay aims to bring everything a business needs to move money — collect, bill, disburse, invoice, and settle — into one API, one dashboard, and one integration, built India-first.

Payment acceptance

Collect via UPI (collect, intent, QR), cards (3DS 2.0 with RBI tokenization), net banking, and wallets — through hosted checkout, payment links, or an SDK. A single payment object tracks state across rails.

Payouts & disbursements

Send money out over UPI / IMPS / NEFT, individually or in bulk, with maker-checker approvals and refunds — for vendor payments, salaries, or marketplace settlements.

Subscription billing

Model recurring revenue: subscription lifecycle and proration, with flat, per-unit, tiered, and usage-based pricing, collected through NACH and UPI AutoPay mandates, plus rule-based dunning for failed collections.

GST-compliant invoicing

Invoicing is GST-native: CGST/SGST/IGST auto-calculation, HSN/SAC lookup, credit and debit notes, and e-invoicing with IRN — so invoices are compliant by construction, not by a downstream reconciliation step.

Marketplace & splits

Split payments across sellers with automatic per-GSTIN GST attribution and TCS handling — the model marketplaces need to pay out correctly and stay compliant.

India compliance

Compliance is foundational: KYB onboarding, India data residency, fraud scoring, and the GST/e-invoicing obligations above. The roadmap sequences regulated capabilities behind the approvals they require.

Where this is heading

The phased plan — foundation rails first, then AI and deeper GST/compliance, then enterprise and cross-border — is on the roadmap. Until Pay ships, Qeet ID provides the identity and tenant model the billing layer will build on.
